Here's the first smile captured on camera. She's exactly 5 weeks.
We recently got Justin a tablet to help with his calling as Young Men's president, and the boys love to play on it. When it was time to eat and Nolan didn't come to dinner when called, this is how we found him: asleep with the tablet on his lap. Funny boy!
A few more of Lucy's cute smiles:
Sweet little Tootsie Roll. She always wiggles an arm out of her swaddle blanket and then wakes herself up when it starts swinging around.
We had a visitor come this month: Nana! She came all the way from Missouri. She spent a few days in California, a few days in St. George, and then my Dad brought her to visit Lacey and me and meet Lucy. It was so good to see her again. She loved and held Lucy nearly every second she was here. The boys were really excited to have her here, too. The only trouble is that Nana has a hard time hearing even with her hearing aids, so it was hard for her to understand what the boys were saying. Ezra showed off his lovely grumpy personality, but Nana just kept saying, "Don't worry, he'll outgrow it." I hope that Nana knows best! Nana took us all out for a Mexican dinner the first night, and we had a big dinner at my house on Nana's last night. It was a long, hard goodbye. Nana is nearly 95 years old and she worries that it might be the last time she sees us. Kendyll was especially sensitive. Nana is quite healthy though, we'll probably be seeing her in a couple of years!Nana and Nolan's hug was so big that they fell over laughing!
Ezra is showing Nana how to play games on my phone.
Out to eat with all the crazy kids. Justin was camping with the Young Men for the night.
Saying goodbye to Lacey's family:
